I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, but what I do goes way beyond workouts. I created my method after realizing how many women feel lost at the gym, following random workouts, copying videos online, lacking structure, and eventually losing motivation.
My mission is to build a community of strong women, not just physically, but mentally. Women who feel confident, capable, and proud of the woman they see in the mirror.
Fitness changed my life during one of the hardest phases I’ve ever been through (DV). It gave me strength, clarity, and a space to rebuild myself. And I know it has the power to change so many other lives too, whether that means achieving your dream body, improving your health and daily energy, or finding a mental escape when you need it most.
